Improve production process and increase production efficiency

When our customer Punas was producing glass bottles with a diameter of 16*50, the packaging operations of the employees could not keep up with the production speed of the products. The machine automation encountered a bottleneck in the packaging position. We hoped to equip it with automated packaging to improve production efficiency.

After communicating with the customer, our company's technical department made a preliminary judgment and customized a set of intensive small suction cup components for the customer. According to the size of the packaging box, the combined suction cups were made to suck the bottom of the bottle to achieve automatic boxing. A special R&D team was set up to go to the customer company. Through the combination of aluminum pneumatic cylinders, silicone and plastic structural parts, and the principle of vacuum adsorption, the solution was successfully implemented.

In the end, the customer company successfully opened the bottleneck of packaging production, saved 2 packaging operators, and increased packaging production efficiency by 300%.
