The customer's workshop has many nozzles, and the manual cutting speed cannot keep up with the equipment production speed. Two people are required to work. The product specifications are similar, and it is easy to mix materials when classified and packed.
We designed a robot to pick up the fixture equipment for the customer, take out the product from the injection mold, move it into the laser cutting table fixture, perform laser cutting of the product nozzle, and then the robot picks up the product and places it in the turnover box according to the product category.After the customer's return visit, the abnormal mixing of packaging was completely improved after use, the quality was improved, and rework and selection due to mixing was avoided.
